4. Cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.

5. Vehicle Condition: While we take every care, we cannot be held responsible for pre-existing damage or wear and tear on the vehicle.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee: We strive to provide high-quality service. If you are not satisfied with the work carried out, please contact us within 24 hours of the service, and we will rectify any issues.

7. Liability: We hold appropriate insurance for valeting services, but we cannot be held responsible for any damage to personal property left in the vehicle.

8. Health and Safety: Customers are required to provide a safe working environment for our staff while they are carrying out the valeting service.
