While we take every precaution to protect your vehicle and belongings, accidents can happen. Please notify us immediately if any damage occurs during the washing or detailing process. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items in your vehicle.

Mobile valeting usually takes around 1 to 2 hours, but the exact time can vary depending on the size of the vehicle, the level of service being performed and condition of the car.

Yes, currently we do require access to an exterior tap and a power socket to plug into but we are in the process of getting our van set up with a water tank and generator to help in this case and to help in more remote areas.

We accept cash or bank transfers at this current time.

It's not necessary for you to be present during the mobile valeting service as long as you can provide access to your vehicle. However, it's best to be available at the beginning and end of the service in case the valeting professionals have any questions or you want to inspect the results.
